Tresca Engenharia analyzed and designed for Petrobras-Tefran a floating roof with reduced height to increase the working volume of oil in the tank (immobilized volume reduction). This was a pioneer project and brings substantial financial advantages. The project was sucessfull and turned into a paper presented in the 8ª Jornada de Operadores de Monobóyas.
